Christine Lucas

A 1987 graduate of Capri Cosmetology College in Madison, Christine built a large, diverse client base from her design positions at several established Madison salons.

Christine strongly believes in continuing education. "We need to stay ahead in this changing industry to continue to meet and exceed our client's expectations." Christine, her husband Dino and daughter Hannah live in Madison.

Christine is also Bella's "Iron Woman," and will be competing in her THIRD Wisconsin Ironman this summer.

Julie Ginter

A veteran stylist with over 25 years experience, Julie has over 20 years' experience with AVEDA. Early in her career, she was a stylist in the theatre, doing hair and makeup.

As our Color Coach, Julie is in charge of overseeing Aveda's haircolor program. She strives to stay on top of the industry and invests a great deal of time in continuing education. "Staying ahead of the curve is key to running a successful salon."

Julie and her husband are currently building their dream home. She has one daughter, Tillie.

Megan Sweaney

A veteran of Bella since 2004, Megan is Bella's Haircutting Coach. Her job is to attend a seminars, which cover trends and techniques. She then passes those skills on to the other Bella employees.

A 2002 graduate from the Madison Cosmetology College, Megan genuinely loves what she does. And if you're looking for something new, just ask Megan, she really enjoys creating new looks for her clients.

Outside of Bella, Megan just enjoys spending time with her friends.

Heather Bauer

Heather has been at Bella since high school and she recently graduated from cosmetology college.

As Bella's Retail Coach, she keeps up on all our Aveda products and promotions. Heather also specializes in makeup and facials in our NEW Spa!

In her free time, Heather spends time with her family and friends.

Megan Ann Corbett

Born and raised in the Madison area, Megan Ann is our newest Stylist and Aveda Hair Color Coach. To better serve her clients, she stays active in Aveda's advanced training programs.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spends time with her family and friends.

Bre is a student at the UW and works at our front desk part-time.
